Sod Installation - Removal

First we grade the soil and in most cases apply extra layer of loam. After grading the area to ensure proper water flow and to diminish any dips or bumps we start laying the sod. The difference we make is that we make sure every piece of sod which in size is 2×5 ft. is completely touching the ground soil to make sure that it will grow fully. Most importantly after completion we instruct our customers how to maintain your new lawn with tips on watering, cutting to fertilization. Therefore we are backed by our 1 year warranty. 

For properties that need old grass removed we offer sod removal also. It consist of removing the old grass, a few inches of soil, applying and grading of new loam and installing new sod with all the steps above.
